I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes, with respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.

I reserve the right to stream my commission progress. Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep it hidden.

I reserve the right to with draw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. In that case, you might be issued a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress made.

You can stream or make monetized content using the commissioned work.

Please credit me when you use the commissioned work.

Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.

Please understand that I will not bear responsibility for delays if:(a) the client's feedback is slow (Please respond within four days of each update I send),(b) there are issues with the model art that require returning to the artist for modifications,(c) the client makes excessive changes or indecisive requests which affect the normal progress of the work and cause failure to meet the mutually agreed delivery date, thereby affecting the set debut date.Under these circumstances, the client cannot accuse me of late model delivery or request a refund.

I will select the styles I like most. And reply to the application form by email and discuss the commission details with you. I will make a price estimation based on your demand.

After confirming there's no problem with the price, the schedule and other details about the commission, you would need to pay 50% of the full payment up front to secure the spot (I will send you Paypal invoice for payment).

After receiving the deposit, I will put your commission into my schedule. Before starting to work on your commission, I will contact you to confirm the details of the commission again.

When working on your commission, I will send you regular updates.

For rigging commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of videos when the following have been completed: (a) eye blinking and mouth, (b) head angles (without physics), (c) body movements and (d) when the rigging is almost done.

For model art commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of screenshots when the following have been completed: (a) sketch, (b) line art, (c) coloring, and (d) when the mode art is almost done.

After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.

After receiving the final update (when the work is almost done), you can make a list of any revision you want made. I will make final revisions accordingly. Once you are happy with the final work, the final 50% of the payment will be due.

After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the final commission file. If you still want minor revisions after delivery of the final work, please contact me because they might be free.

During the commission process, minor revisions are free (but there is a certain threshold for the quantity of minor revisions). Major revisions before and after delivering the completed work are not free.

The price for any addition to the model will be discussed.

As stated in the WORKFLOW part, you would need to pay 50% deposit to secure the spot.

If the commission has to be cancelled due to the client's cause, the deposit will be non-refundable.

If I cannot finish the commission due to my own cause, you'll be issued a full refund.

Once the work is finalized, refunds cannot be given.

If you can't finish the model art at the scheduled time, my work schedule will be disrupted, and I might have to discuss with you whether to cancel (The deposit will not be refunded.) or put off your commission. Q: How can I join your waitlist?

A: Sorry I don't have a waitlist. You can wait for my application window to open and submit application forms. If I'm interested in your application, I will contact you, discuss the commission details, and put your commission into my schedule after everything is confirmed.

Q: How can I raise the chance of my applications being selected by you?

A: I will select the styles I like most. Now I tend to accept women>men>non-human characters. And I'm more than happy to accept attractive middle-aged male characters!!! I really want to make that kind of model!

Q: My art is still unfinished. Can I make rigging commissions?

A: Yes, you just need to provide the latest sketch and demands for your model to let me know your character and requirements. Of course, a finished art would be better!

Q: What is the best time to give you my psd cut?

A: It would be best if you could give me your psd cut at least 2 weeks before the commission starts. The earlier, the better.

Q: What if I couldn't finish my art at the scheduled time?

A: Please note that you MUST plan the schedule of finishing your model art well! If you can't finish the model art at the scheduled time, my work schedule will be disrupted, and I might have to discuss with you whether to cancel (The deposit will not be refunded.) or put off your commission. If your commission is put off, a postponement fee (25% of the total price) will be charged.

Q: If my application is accepted, how would you arrange the schedule for my commission?

A: I will assign a starting time for your commission, based on all the commissions I accept during a specific time window. For example, when I open an application window, I will state clearly on my website that this window is for commissions starting from Jan to Feb. If you submit an application during this window and I accept it, I will assign a starting time for your commission based on all the commissions I accept for this window, which could be anytime from Jan to Feb. If you are not satisfied with the time I assign for your commission, you can discuss it with me.

Q: How will you communicate with me when working on my commission?

A: I will email you about recent work updates. Generally, I will send you at least one email per week. Please check your inbox regularly and give me feedback via email on time. I don't use any chat tool to discuss the work, sorry!

Q: How should I give you feedback?

A: It would be best if you could send me ONE feedback email every time after I give you the update(Please respond within four days of each update I send), containing all the revisions you want me to make. Minor revisions are generally free but there is a certain threshold for the quantity of minor revisions, and I might charge you if there are too many revisions.

The PSD file for rigging must be prepared in advance (naming and layering must be standardized). You must confirm the PSD file before sending it to me.

If the PSD file you provide is not standardized, I might ask you to fix it. I would charge additional fees if I need to fix it myself.

If the model has a lot of features to be added, please provide me a Google Docs or PDF file with a description of all the features you want added as well as reference images for sticker expressions and/or reference videos for animated features. This is to lessen the back-and-forth communication between us, resulting in a more efficient workflow.

The price might increase if there are too many asymmetries in the character.

There is a limit to the number of revisions at each stage. If the number of revisions exceeds my limit, I will indicate it and might charge additional fees if you still want more revisions.

You will only receive the face tracking files (MOC3) when the commission is finished. For the main Live2D Cubism file (CMO3), you can purchase it as an extra for additional 100% of the original commission price (NOT FOR REDISTRIBUTION).

My model is only suitable for VTube Studio (VTS), and I also recommend you to use VTS for face tracking. It's a very nice software!
